Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blackwood Knight Auctions (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or register a bidder account.

2. Bidder Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Bidding and Offers

Every bid, offer, and buy-now purchase placed through the Site is a binding commitment to purchase the lot at the stated price if you prevail. Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Reserve prices, minimum increments, and closing times are shown on each lot and may be extended by active bidding.

4. Condition of Items

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a listing, all lots are sold "as is, where is," with no warranties of any kind. Descriptions, photographs, and hour/mileage readings are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. You are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.

5. Payment and Removal

Winning bidders must complete payment and arrange removal within the timeframes stated in the listing or auction announcement. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of deposits, and loss of bidding privileges.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackwood Knight Auctions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in any auction, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in connection with the transaction at issue.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
